About us
A&T Formulation is a full-service cosmetics product development formulation laboratory and consulting company with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in formulation, packaging, branding, manufacturing and project management.
Our group operates on two continents, covering the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Before founding the A&T Group, Tea had worked for more than 15 years in various research and development laboratories and cosmetics factories.

Step 1: The VISION
The foundation of any successful brand is a right concept. As our first step, we explore your idea with you, and create a concept for your brand.
Step 2: The Market Research
At this step, we define your brand’s Unique Selling Point and map out the best market for the products.
Step 3: The Battle Plan
Much like when building a house, we sit down beforehand and count the cost. At our third meeting we go through the cost analysis, as well as agree on a timeline for rolling out your cosmetics brand.
